Eligibility for Returns:

Books must be in their original condition and packaging, free from any damage, markings, or signs of wear.
In case of any defects or complaints regarding the parcel, please contact customer service within 24 hours.
Please note that after 24 hours of delivery no complaint will be entertained.
Returns must be made within 7 working days of the delivery date.

Refunds:

We will issue a full refund for the cost of the book(s) returned.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@minhaj.biz with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive the book(s) in their original condition, we will issue the refund to the original form of payment.
